A global brand experience and event delivery agency is looking for an experienced Event Manager to join its embedded onsite team on the modern Munich campus of one of the world’s leading technology companies.

The role
This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who knows how to make meetings, conferences and corporate campus events run smoothly from first planning call to final wrap- up.

You will be the main point of contact for event hosts once a space has been booked, managing all details from planning through to onsite delivery and post-event follow-up.

Events typically range from around 50 to 300+ guests and can vary in format, complexity and stakeholder visibility.

You will work closely with internal service teams including catering, AV/production, facilities, reception and security, making sure all teams have the right information and every event is delivered to a high standard.

What you will be doing
  • You will lead planning meetings with event hosts to understand objectives, agendas, room set-ups, catering needs, AV requirements, guest profiles and any special requirements.
  • You will advise hosts on what is possible within the venue and offer practical solutions to improve the guest experience.
  • You will coordinate all operational details with internal teams and external suppliers, including timelines, room layouts, load-in, set-up, strike and onsite logistics.
  • You will create and manage event documentation such as event orders, run-of-shows, floorplans, schedules, AV quotes, host communications and post-event reports.
  • On event days, you will be onsite to oversee set-up, welcome the host, manage changes, troubleshoot issues and ensure a smooth experience for guests.
  • You will gather feedback after events and help improve processes, service quality and overall event delivery.

What we are looking forWhat we are looking for
  • You have around 3–5 years of experience in event planning, conference services, catering, venue operations or a similar event delivery role.
  • You have ideally worked in a hotel, conference centre, large venue, corporate campus or another fast-paced event environment.
  • You understand the practical details of event delivery: room set-ups, catering operations, AV requirements, guest flow, supplier coordination, timelines and onsite execution.
  • You are highly organised, detail-oriented and calm under pressure, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage several events at the same time.
  • You have very good German and English skills and feel confident working with local teams, international stakeholders and senior event hosts.
  • Experience with event management tools such as Delphi, Cvent, Eventbrite or similar systems would be helpful. A CMP certification or similar event qualification would be a plus, but is not essential.

Practical details
  • This is a full-time onsite role based in Munich.
  • The role requires flexibility around event schedules, including early mornings, evenings and occasional weekends.
  • There is no regular travel required.
  • The role may involve standing and walking for extended periods and occasionally supporting with event materials, boxes or room set-ups.
