What You Would Get To Do
The successful candidate will act as an integrated team member embedded at the campus of a premier technology company. You will lead technical production for mid- to complex events, overseeing Audio/Video, staging, lighting, and design. This role requires extensive practical experience operating production systems and providing technical direction for corporate and live experiential events.
  
Your goal is to deliver a seamless technology experience for attendees, press, and partners, while optimising the technical environment for staff and vendors. You will collaborate daily with internal teams, clients, and external partners, reporting directly to the Regional Lead.
Your Contributions
  • Equipment Operation: Efficiently operate event hardware including professional audio desks, lighting consoles, vision switchers, and PTZ controllers.
  • Collaboration & Improvement: Partner with the Team Lead to suggest venue enhancements, alternative production methods, and equipment optimizations.
  • Client & Production Support: Deliver white-glove customer service while managing expectations. Provide full event support across slide forwarding, video playback, livestreaming, graphics, and multi-camera operations.
  • Post-Production & Maintenance: Perform basic video editing for client recordings. Conduct daily venue upkeep and routine AV maintenance checks alongside the engineering team.
  • Flexibility: Assist with on-site staging setups and cross-train in other event production areas as required.
What We Are Looking For
  • Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of AV systems (lighting, audio/video output, rigging, power). High proficiency in video output and technical event delivery.
  • Software & Hardware: Experience with professional LED walls, media servers, and advanced playback software is a major plus.
  • Tool & System Knowledge: Familiarity with professional audio mixing consoles, video editing suites, slide presentation software, lighting desks, AV control systems, camera controllers, audio network protocols, wireless frequency coordinators, and digital communication networks.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple high-production projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to shifting timelines.
  • Core Competencies: Strong knowledge of PTZ systems, livestreaming/broadcasting, and exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management.
  • Logistics: Fluency in English and ability to work onsite with the flexibility to support across the campus as needed.
