What You Would Get To Do
The successful candidate will act as an integrated team member embedded at the campus of a premier technology company. You will lead technical production for mid- to complex events, overseeing Audio/Video, staging, lighting, and design. This role requires extensive practical experience operating production systems and providing technical direction for corporate and live experiential events.
Your goal is to deliver a seamless technology experience for attendees, press, and partners, while optimising the technical environment for staff and vendors. You will collaborate daily with internal teams, clients, and external partners, reporting directly to the Regional Lead.

Your goal is to deliver a seamless technology experience for attendees, press, and partners, while optimising the technical environment for staff and vendors. You will collaborate daily with internal teams, clients, and external partners, reporting directly to the Regional Lead.
Your Contributions
- Maintain a clean, operational event studio daily and ensure tech team readiness.
- Coordinate across teams to execute all event technical requests and act as technical lead.
- Troubleshoot complex audio/video signal flows and workflows throughout the facility.
- Serve as the studio’s technical subject matter expert for clients and external agencies.
- Maintain technical documentation (LED specs, rigging, lighting, video, audio) and enforce facility regulations.
- Organise production switcher layouts and technical equipment for "show calling."
- Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and provide hands-on delivery support.
- Identify industry trends to optimise technical offerings and ensure team compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering to maintain AV systems, and partner with show callers to execute technical cues.
- Operate audio, video, lighting, or camera equipment and cross-train across production areas as needed.
- Train, mentor, and coordinate technicians within your assigned studio.
What We Are Looking For
- In-depth understanding of AV technology including lighting, audio/video output, rigging, and power.
- High proficiency with LED walls, Ventuz, WATCHOUT, and live video/audio switching.
- Helpful but not required experience: Yamaha CL, ETC Ion, Crestron, ROSS Carbonite, Panasonic PTZ, Dante, Shure Workbench, Clear-Com, QSYS.
- Proven ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously and handle day-to-day changes.
- Knowledge of live streaming encoding platforms, technical metrics, building schematics, TCP/IP networking, and media codecs.
- Fluency in English and ability to work on site with campus-wide flexibility.
Administrative and General:
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace adhering to health and safety policies.
- Escalate productivity issues to management and share knowledge to help the team work smarter.
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and venues through positive communication.
