The company focuses on serialized storytelling, community driven entertainment experiences and culturally relevant fan ecosystems with a very social first mindset.
WHAT’S THE ROLE
You’ll own and grow the brand’s social and community presence across Germany.
This is much more than classic social media management.
The focus is on building real fandom, conversations and emotional engagement around stories, creators and characters.
You’ll create and shape social first entertainment experiences across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit and emerging platforms while working closely with creative, content and growth teams.
A big part of the role is understanding internet behavior, fandom culture and how audiences engage with entertainment online.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BE GOOD AT
• Building and growing engaged online communities
• Creating content people actually want to interact with
• Understanding internet culture and platform dynamics
• Spotting trends early
• Managing social channels strategically and creatively
• Turning audiences into active communities
• Working cross functionally with creative and growth teams
• Balancing creativity with performance metrics and KPIs
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED
• Around 4–8 years experience in Social Media, Community Management or Content Marketing
• Experience growing accounts or communities yourself
• Strong understanding of engagement mechanics and audience behavior
• Entertainment, creator economy, gaming, streaming or fandom related background is a strong plus
• Strong aesthetic and content instincts
• German and English fluency
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self starter mentality with strong ownership
