Production sits at the heart of the Creative Studio. From yearly planning through to concept lock, production, handover, and testing, our Producers are integral to International Marketing's contribution to growing our brands across the world.
Reporting to the Creative Director & Head of CBS, the Producer drives excellence with every production so that our work achieves creative and operational excellence. As an integral part of the CBS team, the Senior Producer has the opportunity to innovate to build the reputation of the Production function, maximize creative solutions, and drive efficiency and impact.
The Producer works closely with other members of the Production team, Country Marketing Leads, Strategists, Creatives, Copywriters, Designers, Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, and Partnerships. The Senior Producer ensures we have the right ideas and the right plans. They are instrumental in ensuring we design and deploy the right production solutions and scalable creative workflows.
The Producer is allocated specific central and local marketplace projects. They function as the lead Producer or senior Producer support on those projects. The Producer role suits candidates who are well-connected across technology, sports, entertainment, and emerging trends.
This role suits a candidate that fully embraces our 5 days a week in the office policy. The candidate must be readily available to travel for work, which may be frequently required.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Creates best-in-class production guides and resources.
- Follows administration, finance, and cost management best-practice.
- Partners with Creative Operations to establish comprehensive delivery, trafficking processes, and up-to-date information.
- Manages allocated cluster and specific central creative and production budgets.
- Identifies and liaises with world-class external talent.
- Creates and manages all allocated cluster and relevant central timelines.
- Serves as production lead, point of contact, or support for specific central and allocated local market cluster activities.
- Acts as STO on specific allocated cluster and central projects.
Required Skills
- Minimum seven years production experience with a track record leading multi-media productions.
- Experience includes broadcast quality AV, social media, and full-funnel digital productions.
- Expert knowledge of planning, project management, creative development, and the production process.
- Expert knowledge of required formats, processes, and job functions for asset delivery and trafficking across all major media channels.
- Experience working full-time in leading creative agencies and/or in-house brand creative teams.
- Experienced in managing relationships with partners, individual service providers, and talent.
- Excellent English writing and fluent English speaking.
- Culturally fluent and a natural communicator with a proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Exemplary organizational skills, a disciplined work ethic, and strong workflow management experience.
- Familiar with standard production tools such as Asana, Frame.io, and Box.
- A high level of intellectual curiosity and strong judgment in the face of ambiguity.
- Effective at giving honest and direct feedback.
- Passion for production's role in creativity.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Multi-lingual (any of German, Italian, French, or Spanish is ideal).
- Knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or similar programs used by designers.
