They will be the go-to for specific tasks, such as paid social, organic social, and user-generated content. They will also handle local marketing content. They are the creative in the team working on social most of the time.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Creates social-first product marketing content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and wider distribution.
- Creates social-first executions for sales promotions and business-as-usual campaigns.
- Contributes a distinctive social-first viewpoint and content to multi-market campaign local executions and activations.
- Creates artificial intelligence content for storyboards.
- Executes mid-to-high end-to-end production including own editing and sound design.
- Identifies, shares, and integrates relevant trends and aesthetics in all creative work.
- Keeps the international team at the forefront of social media trends and developments.
Skills
- Minimum four years multi-market brand social media strategy and activation.
- Experience includes both in-house and agency environments.
- Highly generative artificial intelligence literate.
- Solid editor and general content production knowledge.
- Proficient in Figma, Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Expert social media knowledge, in particular Instagram and TikTok.
- Experience with using data and metrics to measure and report impact.
- Ability to use metrics to shape action plans.
- Excellent English writing, and fluent English speaking.
