We prioritize people and diversity, believing that unique perspectives make teams more successful. We are looking for a motivated Account Director (m/f/d) with modern CRM expertise to manage one of our largest quick-service clients in the Netherlands (locations: Amsterdam or Utrecht).
Your Role & Responsibilities
In this key role, you will lead the strategic development of data-driven CRM programs to drive retention and growth. You will work with internal experts and client teams to design seamless customer journeys across all channels.

- Relationship Management: Strategic and operational responsibility for customer relationships and CRM performance.
- Strategy Development: Creating innovative, cross-channel CRM strategies for the Dutch market.
- Optimization: Collaborating with Data & Analytics teams to optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Integration: Embedding CRM strategy into the client's marketing ecosystem, including social and loyalty platforms.
Your Profile
- Several years of experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager in a digital or CRM agency.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM, personalization, automation, and Customer Lifecycle Management.
- Experience managing large accounts, ideally in Quick Service, Retail, or FMCG.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; Spanish is an advantage. (Will make exception on Dutch fluency for a strong candidate.)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at a high level.
