To support their continued growth, they’re looking for a Senior Brand Consultant to lead campaigns and client relationships.

WHAT’S THE ROLE
This role is essentially a Senior Account Manager / Brand Consultant position focused on culture-driven campaigns across social media, influencer marketing, content and brand activations.
You’ll work closely with clients while coordinating internal strategy, creative and production teams.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Leading and developing client relationships as a trusted strategic partner
  • Managing campaign and content projects from briefing through execution
  • Translating brand objectives into creative strategies and campaign plans
  • Coordinating internal teams across strategy, creative and production
  • Leading client presentations and strategic discussions
  • Managing budgets, timelines and delivery quality
  • Contributing to account development and growth opportunities
WHAT YOU BRING
  • 5–8 years of experience in brand consulting, account management or campaign leadership
  • Strong background in agency environments, ideally within social, influencer marketing or brand activations
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex campaigns
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital culture and campaign mechanics
  • Structured and proactive working style with strong ownership
  • KPI-driven mindset and ability to translate results into next steps
  • Passion for social media, creator ecosystems and digital culture
  • Fluent German and English
