We’re looking for a Senior SEA expert who wants to take ownership of paid search performance and scale high-impact campaigns in a strongly data-driven environment.
This role can be positioned as Senior SEA Manager or Head of Paid Search, depending on your experience and leadership background.
Tracking, measurement and data-driven decision making play a central role in this position.
What you’ll do
• Own and develop the SEA strategy and execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Manage and optimise campaigns across Search, Shopping and Performance Max
• Structure and scale large search accounts with clear keyword and search-intent logic
• Continuously improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rate and revenue performance
• Analyse campaign and search data to identify scaling opportunities and performance levers
• Run A/B tests on ads, bidding strategies and campaign structures
• Work closely with data, marketing tech and analytics teams to improve tracking and reporting
• Contribute to the development of tracking infrastructure, attribution and data quality
What you bring
• Several years of hands-on SEA / Paid Search experience
• Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
• Experience managing larger budgets and scaling accounts
• Strong understanding of tracking setups, attribution and conversion measurement
• Experience working with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience with feed management for shopping campaigns
• Fluent German and English
Nice to have
• Experience with automation or Google Ads scripts
• Exposure to YouTube Ads or broader paid media channels
• Basic understanding of CRO and funnel optimisation
