Leading concept, design & campaign execution
Developing innovative brand strategies & design worlds
Presenting ideas with confidence & guiding creatives
Working across digital, print, photo & film productions

WHAT DO I NEED TO BE GOOD AT?

Lead responsibility for idea generation, design and implementation
Development of innovative, exceptional brand strategies, design worlds and campaigns
Creative conception and design implementation of inspiring and sustainable communication – with a passion for design, attention to detail, and a love of typography and brands.
Coordination and organization of creative tasks within one's own team
Professional and independent preparation and management of film and photo productions
Direct, trusting coordination with our long-standing clients in collaboration with the consulting/project management team.
Instructions from designers/art directors
Participation in the development of marketing and communication strategies as well as brand positioning

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

Several years’ agency experience as Art Director
Strong conceptual + design skills, trend awareness
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch
Excellent German & very good English
