Account Manager
My client - a lovely creatively-led independent is ;ooking for a commercially minded and strategically strong Paid Social Media Manager atSenior Account Manager / Account Director level to join the team. Opportunity to join a small but ambitious agency, and work with a close-knit can-do team. Running and implementing all things paid social within the agency - we are a small agency so must be happy to mix higher level strategic thinking and media planning with hands-oncampaign execution across multi-channels (predominantly Meta and TikTok) Client-facing role so must be comfortable presenting and working collaboratively with clients You will primarily be working on global, fully integrated accounts across the beauty / hair sectors. These are a fully integrated accounts with strong digital / social first comms strategies.
Role and Responsibilities: You will be responsible for all things paid so must be comfortable working on planning and strategy, and executing the campaigns yourself Lead the strategy, planning, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns predominantly across Meta and TikTok - working collaboratively with the rest of the team for campaign planning, making strategic recommendations, creating proposals, setting ads live, monitoring campaigns, reporting, optimising Manage large budgets, tracking and ensuring we stay within these Act as the primary point of contact for key client, building strong relationships, leading strategy discussions, making ongoing recommendations and ensuring delivery exceeds expectations. Work very closely with the rest of the team (especially influencer marketing) to ensure we are creating the right content for paid Develop and present strategic media plans that align with clients' business goals, budgets, and target audiences. Oversee performance tracking and reporting - providing actionable insights and recommendations using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok ads manager and Google AdsManager. Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and best practices in the paid social space and with client's competitors, proactively advising clients and adapting strategies.
Skills / Experience required: 5+ years of experience managing paid social strategies and campaigns, ideally in a small agency Experience in paid social strategy, able to make recommendations to client to achieve ongoing success Willingness to work on Genuine interest in the hair / beauty industry Proven experience leading client relationships and delivering results across campaigns Deep platform knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok and YouTube Strong strategic and analytical skills - comfortable interpreting data and using it to guide decisions and communicate recommendations to clients. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Confident managing budgets, timelines, and internal resources effectively Experience with media strategy, planning.
