Our client is a global media-tech platform who is redefining audio-first storytelling.
WHAT'S THE ROLE?
- Own the creative strategy for new & existing shows
- Develop scroll-stopping short & long-form promos
- Manage a large creative and production team (consisting of writers, leads, sound engineers and video editors)
- Develop and iterate playbook to CPI cracking based on hits and misses
WHAT DO I NEED TO BE GOOD AT?
- 5+ years in screenwriting, copywriting, or digital content creation
- Experience as a creative lead/director in a fast, iterative environment (gaming/performance marketing ideal)
- Strong understanding of acquisition & retention metrics
- Strong understanding of Social Media
- Sharp instincts for social-native storytelling
- Experience managing writers and creative production teams
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
- Leadership skills
- A clear communication style - in German and English
- Fluent German + professional English
