JOB TITLE: Senior Motion Designer

This is for a fast-scaling AI company (based in London) transforming workflows for major financial institutions.

WHAT'S THE ROLE?

You will define and evolve the brand's motion principles, using animation to showcase product features and strengthen overall brand expression.
Your work will span a wide range of content, from marketing campaigns and product launches to educational and customer-facing materials.
You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director, senior design leadership, copywriters, product designers, and marketing partners to develop and deliver polished motion assets.
Projects will include product demonstrations, explainer videos, launch content, social media assets, and high-visibility campaign work.
This position suits someone who views motion design as a strategic storytelling medium, not just an aesthetic layer, and enjoys shaping the visual language of an emerging category.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BE GOOD AT?

5 to 7 years of professional experience in motion design, animation, and video editing, ideally in a startup or B2B environment.
A strong portfolio showing compelling motion storytelling, polished animation craft, and an eye for design.
Comfortable moving fast, concepting from scratch, and working autonomously.
