A Lead Product Designer who enjoys shaping direction as much as shaping interfaces. You’re comfortable leading teams, running workshops, and acting as the design authority on projects — without needing to dominate the room.
You bring strong product thinking, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. You know how to guide others while still staying hands-on.
