This agency brings together four leading studios in design, event, storytelling, live communication, technology to create interactive events, immersive experience centres, stage productions etc.. They are now ready to tell their brand story to the world and are looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist to lead that effort.
You will
- Develop a comprehensive communications and marketing strategy, then take full ownership of the efforts from positioning and concept to campaign execution and evaluation
- Take full ownership of marketing and communications efforts from positioning and concept to campaign execution and evaluation
- Develop and manage PR campaigns and earned-media strategies for live, immersive and brand-experience projects
- Set up, monitor and optimise digital campaigns, especially on LinkedIn, acting as both strategist and hands-on campaign manager
- Maintain and build media relationships across entertainment, creative tech and experiential sectors
- Craft and distribute content across digital, social and trade platforms to amplify the brand voice
- Represent the group externally in industry media, forums and on global stages
- Leverage your network in live-events or immersive experiences to unlock storytelling and partnership opportunities
- Over time, help shape and grow the broader marketing function and team; while the role begins solo, you will not be isolated
- Have 6+ years of marketing and PR experience within live events, experiential design or immersive storytelling
- Have a proven track-record of managing campaigns end-to-end including strategic planning, hands-on delivery and measurement
- Have succeeded in both press outreach and digital marketing, especially on platforms such as LinkedIn
- Deeply understand the location-based entertainment (LBE), immersive or live-event space
- Are a strong storyteller across formats — editorial, short-form and visual content
- Are a self-starter with initiative and the ability to build structured processes from scratch
- Are a connector who spots and seizes visibility and storytelling opportunities
- Are fluent in English (written & spoken); perfect English is required and German or Dutch is a strong plus
- Have worked in or for an agency or studio that focuses on live, event, immersive or interactive brand-experiences and have held marketing or communications lead responsibility in that context
