Paid Search Consultant - Freelance

Our client is a global product tech company and is looking for a FREELANCER that could also join the team permanently in time. We're looking for 2 consultants and also 2 Paid social experts separately.
Location: Amsterdam / hybrid 2-3 or more days a week in office
Rate: from € 500/day
We're looking for an experienced Paid Search expert to drive high-performing campaigns across Google, Bing, and YouTube. You'll lead strategy, execution, and optimization to maximize ROI, traffic, and conversions — using modern methodologies like Hagakure and OneSearch.
You'll manage budgets, build testing roadmaps, analyze data, and deliver insights through SA360, Looker Studio, and Excel, collaborating in agile teams to push results further.
What you bring:
✅ 5+ years of agency experience in Paid Search (Google Ads focus)
✅ Certified in Google Search, Analytics, and GMP
✅ Skilled in campaign optimization, testing, and data analysis
✅ Technical know-how: Google Ads Scripts, A/B testing, basic JS
✅ Experience with YouTube campaigns is a plus
