Senior Project Manager
Senior Project Manager (Digital Delivery)
Berlin / Hamburg / Cologne – hybrid
Permanent · €55–66k
WHO’S THIS WITH?
Our client is a creative technology company that blends design, engineering and strategy to build digital experiences people actually connect with. They help global and local brands turn ideas into products, platforms and campaigns that make an impact - emotionally and commercially.
WHAT’S THE ROLE?
They’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who can turn complexity into clarity. You’ll lead digital projects from pitch to delivery, coordinating creative, UX and tech teams along the way. It’s a mix of structure, people skills and problem-solving, the kind of work where no two weeks ever feel the same.
You’ll own timelines, budgets and communication while keeping the team motivated and clients confident.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
· Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of digital and e-commerce projects
· Manage budgets, timing and scope with precision and a calm head
· Act as the bridge between clients, internal teams and external partners
· Keep risks low, communication clear and outcomes on point
· Support and guide interdisciplinary teams across UX, design, development and QA
· Present solutions that move projects forward, not just updates
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
· 5+ years’ experience managing digital projects in an agency or client-facing environment
· Fluent German and English
· Solid understanding of web, app or e-commerce builds
· Comfortable with agile and classic PM tools and methods (Asana, Jira etc.)
· Confident working with budgets, estimates and reports
· A structured, self-driven way of working with high attention to detail
· Great communication skills and a genuine team spirit
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
· Hybrid work policy (1–2 days in the office)
· Company pension scheme and mobility perks (bike lease, travel subsidies)
· Monthly wellbeing budget for food, fitness or transport
· Health and mental wellbeing platform access
· Regular team lunches and small office rituals
· Training and personal development opportunities
· Discounts on sustainable products and experiences
If you love steering teams through ambitious digital projects and finding calm in the chaos, this might just be your next big move.
