WHAT'S THE ROLE?
We're looking for an entrepreneurial, collaborative Strategy Director to lead integrated campaign planning for a globally recognized fintech brand in the German market. This brand is built on deep emotional connection and a time-tested brand strategy. We need a strategist who can find fresh, timely insights and opportunities to connect this rich brand DNA to the product ecosystem of this fintech brand.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BE GOOD AT?
- Lead integrated campaign planning across Germany, with a strong focus on social-led activations and real-world brand experiences.
- Translate complex product propositions into structured, creatively rich territories and briefs.
- Collaborate deeply with creative teams - from the first spark of an idea to the final delivery, shaping strategic narratives that inspire bold work.
- Inspire the creative teams with strategic and data insights that drive effectiveness, creativity, and measurable results across campaigns.
- Build decks that don't just report on performance, they tell stories.
- Craft both B2C and B2B strategies that are clear, compelling, and connected, across platforms, markets, and moments.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BE GOOD AT?
- You have a proficiency for integrated campaign planning with an expertise in campaigns driven through social and experiential events.
- You can breakdown product marketing in structured creative opportunities.
- You get in the trenches with creatives to co-develop stellar, on-strategy work. If you have a mindset that's fixed on crafting perfect, shiny, correct strategy frameworks that you hand over to creatives, this is not for you.
- You're as comfortable talking creative concepts as you are discussing ROI and KPIs.
- You know how to keep teams aligned and momentum high, even when the brief shifts.
- You can design and lead research processes both qualitative and quantitative.
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
- You can work, present, and write with ease in German and English, including developing presentations made for internal client organizations.
- You have a track record of developing impactful strategies that lead to award-winning creative work, including recognition from prestigious awards such as Effie, Cannes Lions, or D&AD.
- You have 7-10 years of experience in creative or brand strategy—ideally within an agency environment.
