We're seeking a proactive and results-focused Media Manager to take ownership of media campaigns from initial concept through to delivery, ensuring they align with client objectives and deliver measurable results. This role will act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular performance updates, offering strategic guidance, and building strong, trusted partnerships.
 
In this position, you will be responsible for planning, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns to exceed client KPIs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, driving collaboration across media planning, execution, and creative to deliver innovative, performance-driven strategies.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Oversee campaign performance alongside Media Analysts, ensuring delivery is on track, budgets are managed effectively, and any issues are identified and addressed promptly.
  • Develop and present advanced media investment strategies, backed by market data and performance insights.
  • Prepare and present client reports highlighting results, opportunities, and recommendations, including pacing updates, campaign builds, ad-hoc analyses, and optimization strategies.
  • Keep senior leadership informed on significant developments within client accounts, addressing urgent needs as they arise.
  • Manage relationships with ad tech partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Partner with internal teams to design integrated, omnichannel media strategies that drive tangible business outcomes for high-profile brands.
 
 
What You'll Bring
 
  • Proven background in a media agency or in-house media team.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a small team of analysts, including oversight of trafficking, QA, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage timelines, tasks, and multiple projects with tools such as Trello, Google Sheets, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to leverage syndicated, proprietary, and analyst data to guide client marketing strategies.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
  • Proficiency in at least two of the following:
  • Ad trafficking/tagging (e.g., DCM)
  • Google marketing stack
  • Meta advertising platforms
  • DSPs (one or more)
  • LinkedIn or comparable ad platforms
  • A collaborative and empathetic leadership style that promotes a positive, supportive work environment.
  • Commitment to high standards in attention to detail, professionalism, and work ethic.
  • Passion for digital and mobile-first marketing, with a drive to learn, grow, and achieve exceptional results.
