Post Creative Strategist

About the Role Are you obsessed with internet culture, fluent in memes, and able to spot a trend before it goes mainstream? We're on the lookout for a sharp, social-first thinker to join as a Post Creative Strategist—a pivotal entry-level strategy role focused on uncovering insights, crafting compelling creative briefs, and fueling marketing that moves at the speed of culture.
You’ll be the eyes and ears of the brand across the digital landscape—monitoring conversations, identifying engagement opportunities, and bringing cultural relevance into the heart of our campaigns.

What You’ll Do
  • Actively monitor brand social channels and the wider internet to surface high-impact engagement opportunities.
  • Track and analyze brand mentions, follower interactions (comments, DMs, responses), and social sentiment in real time.
  • Deliver daily digests of trends, insights, and community observations with thoughtful recommendations.
  • Dive deep into internet and cultural trends, analyzing their potential relevance for creative campaigns.
  • Read and respond to every comment across social platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice while driving engagement.
  • Escalate negative feedback appropriately through internal systems.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to insert the brand into trending topics, creator conversations, or digital moments.
  • Use third-party tools to manage social pages and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
  • Support in crafting strategic briefs based on real-time observations, community input, and platform behavior.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proficient in English plus German, Spanish, or Dutch (fluency in one additional language is required).
  • A keen eye on pop culture—bonus if you consider yourself a trend expert.
  • Deep familiarity with social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook, Pinterest, and beyond.
  • Able to merge analytical thinking with creative flair—turning numbers and comments into stories and strategies.
  • Naturally curious and adaptive to evolving tools, platforms, and workflows.
  • Prior experience with social listening tools is a plus, but not essential.
  • Comfortable building decks and communicating ideas visually (experience with Google Slides preferred).
