What You’ll Do
- Lead the experience strategy for an entire connected home ecosystem
- Combine UX, industrial design, and smart home tech into elegant, intuitive systems
- Design across mobile, hardware, ambient touchpoints, and AI interfaces
- Ensure seamless connectivity across all products - from 5G to local mesh networks
- Drive automation and context-aware experiences that truly feel intelligent
- Collaborate with product, tech, and business teams to launch globally-minded, locally resonant solutions
- Set the standards. Champion experimentation. Build for the diversity of Indian homes
- Balance vision with action - and the future with today
What You Bring
- 15+ years in UX, Product, or Industrial Design - with leadership experience in smart devices, home tech, or IoT
- A deep understanding of consumer-grade connected products
- Experience launching AI-powered services and automation at scale
- Familiarity with global markets, paired with a love for local insight
- Systems-level thinking with hands-on design instincts
- Based in (or open to relocating to) Mumbai - relocation supported
