Principal Software Engineer / SRE Lead 
Location: Berlin (hybrid)
Salary: €90k to €110k+

WHAT'S THE ROLE?

• Lead or Head of role - Senior Software Engineering level across SRE / DevOps / Cloud / Platform, working on multiple infrastructure topics
• Designing and building tools that make developers faster and more efficient
• Senior level software engineering experience - ideally with Go

WHAT DO I NEED TO BE GOOD AT?

• Hands on with coding (ideally with Go or similar), and a mix of SRE / DevOps and Cloud Experience
• Solving problems and figuring stuff out! Need to build a custom solution - go for it!
• Pushing the team forward with both experience and attitude 

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

• Experience leading projects related to reliability and scalability
• Tech stack is Golang, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Google Cloud Platform or AWS, Terraform
• Leadership - enjoying mentorship and providing guidance to juniors

This is a hybrid position based in Berlin, 1-2 days a week in-office
This role would suit someone best who has multiple experiences across software / devops, SRE and Cloud
