Lead Software Engineer (Machine Learning)
Location: Berlin / Hybrid (2 days on-site)
Salary: €90k - €110k

You will be joining a content team as a Senior Engineer / Lead looking to integrate AI / Machine Learning solutions into the existing infrastructure

WHAT’S THE ROLE?

Senior Software Engineer (Machine Learning) - Computer Vision / Image Generation
You will be the lead in ML engineering to build content production tooling
Working on a platform for content creation - topics on personalisation, images, searching.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BE GOOD AT?

You need to have good Software engineering experience with Python as well as ML solutions, identifying tools or AI models etc.
You need to have big scale production experience as well asTechnical Leadership
InnovatIng, consulting, developing and making decisions on integrating the right AI solutions into the existing infrastructure
ETL pipelines, AWS Sagemaker, Bedrock and general ML/AI experience

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
** Strong software engineering skills with production experience - Python, ideally one other language like Kotlin or Java
PyTorch, Keras, and TensorFlow, bonus for 3D representation.

This is a hybrid role, based in Berlin (top location) with an expectance to ideally be on-site / in office for 2 days a week.
This is a Lead level role, so please only apply if you have some small technical leadership experience.
