An award-winning agency in London has an immediate opening for an experienced Account Director with FMCG or retail brand experience.
  
If you have digital and integrated experience on FMCG or retail brands this is a 12 month contract to start immediately, mentoring a young capable account handling team.
  
  
WHAT’S THE ROLE?
  
An Account Director or Senior Account Director to lead on a flagship retail/fmcg client:

Main responsibilities  
  

• Lead and manage the account, serving as the primary point of contact for the client
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships, establishing yourself as a trusted partner
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategic and creative solutions
• Oversee the management and mentorship of a team of junior account handlers
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial accountability
• Utilize your commercial acumen to recognise the implications of agency decisions
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across various departments
• Continuously assess and refine account strategies, adapting to market trends
