Senior Product / Platform Engineer (Typescript)
Location: Berlin: On-site (5 days)
Salary: €75000 - €90000 + options

WHAT’S THE ROLE?
  • Product & Platform Engineer (Typescript) - Someone who loves building products and the platform behind them
  • Working alongside the CTO in a highly technical role across the product development, platform, tooling, infrastructure, security, compliance.
  • This role would suit someone with a startup/founder mindset (understands the early-stage grit) 
WHAT DO I NEED TO BE GOOD AT?
  • Product building - either as a key engineer or maybe a founding engineer where you have had to dive into many different technical areas
  • Hands-on experience as a Product / Platform Engineer and comfortable working with Typescript (front and back), React, Next.js Node.js, Nest.js, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, AWS
  • Generalist engineering, pragmatic mindset, paired with an ability to work very well with stakeholders 
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
  • Product Mindset - you can tackle / open to tackling all problems, front, back, some infrastructure and security understanding
  • Stakeholder management, having open and clear communication is crucial
  • 6+ years professional experience in building and developing web applications (fullstack)
  • Setting up and building up infrastructure / CI/CD pipelines / tooling etc
