Creative Traffic & Operations manager (freelance)
We’re hiring on behalf of a global tech brand looking for a Creative Traffic & Operations Manager to support their international brand marketing team. This freelance role sits at the center of creative production—coordinating asset flow, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth delivery of high-volume, multi-market campaigns across TV, digital, OOH, and experiential channels.
This is a 6-month freelance contract, based fully on-site in Amsterdam, working with a world-class team that values structure, speed, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end creative traffic and production workflows
- Oversee delivery and trafficking of creative assets for TV, OOH, digital, email, and paid channels
- Liaise with internal marketing, product, and creative teams, as well as external agencies and vendors
- Track campaign readiness across regions and ensure assets meet technical specs and local compliance
- Maintain alignment between strategy, timelines, and execution across markets (EMEA focus)
- 7+ years of experience in creative operations, production, or traffic management
- Strong knowledge of asset specs across digital, print, TV, and OOH channels
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
