They are looking for a committed and tech-savvy Senior Finance Administrator / Controller who brings a problem-solving mindset and experience from creative, brand, or agency environments. This person will play a central role in managing financial operations across multiple projects, ensuring clear reporting, operational efficiency, and strategic financial planning.
There is a strong focus on promoting diversity and balance within the leadership team, and applications from women are particularly welcomed.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BE GOOD AT?
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in finance administration, controlling, or financial leadership roles—particularly from creative, brand, or similar environments.
They should be highly proficient with digital tools, possessing strong expertise in financial platforms, system integrations, and process automation.
Practical familiarity with tools such as DATEV, SevDesk, electronic invoicing, and digital accounting workflows is essential.
Strong analytical thinking, a proactive mindset, and the ability to find practical solutions are key.
Fluency in both German and English is required for effective communication across teams.
