Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for our funding partners’ Project Manager, coordinating quarterly meetings and team gatherings.
- Oversee office operations, ensuring a well-functioning and welcoming environment.
- Lead HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and offboarding.
- Manage payroll, salary allocations and estimations, and draft employment and service agreements.
- Facilitate feedback sessions, team retrospectives, and company-wide meetings.
- Support conflict resolution and act as a resource for employee concerns.
- Promote collaboration across teams and contribute to an inclusive and engaged workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
- Monitor workflows, track progress, and ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Implement and maintain systems for project and task management, improving operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership to align operations with long-term organizational goals.
- Proven experience in operations, HR, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and payroll practices.
- A problem-solving mindset and a commitment to fostering trust and inclusivity.
- Passion for creating an equitable and engaging workplace environment.
- Deep understanding of DEIB practices.
