WHAT’S THE ROLE?
- Reception activities and office management, as you are the first point of contact for our employees, customers and service providers in Berlin. Answering calls and emails coordinating day-to-day operations and completing office administration tasks.
- Travel Booking
- Support/coordination of team meetings
- You should live in Berlin, working in the Berlin Mitte office.
- This can be a part-time position
WHAT DO I NEED TO BE GOOD AT?
- Organizational Skills: Office managers need to be highly organized to keep track of various tasks, schedules, and resources efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication is essential for coordinating with team members, interacting with clients, and conveying information clearly.
