WHAT'S THE ROLE?
The role involves creating and executing high-quality, platform-native content such as photos, videos, and reels while aligning with clients’ brand guidelines. You’ll oversee the entire production process, from ideation to publishing, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute innovative, trend-focused ideas to elevate social media campaigns.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BE GOOD AT?
You should excel in content creation, especially for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and have a strong sense of storytelling and platform-specific trends. Ideally you will have 4-5 years of experience. Being a positive and energetic communicator who thrives in collaborative environments and can manage time effectively is key.
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
Fluency in English and German is essential, along with proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and CapCut. A background in photography, video editing, and familiarity with professional camera equipment is a plus. Passion for sports, beauty, and lifestyle, combined with strong presentation and problem-solving skills, will set you apart.
