Client Facing Project Manager - Design and Branding Agency
We are seeking a passionate, ambitious and experienced Client facing Project Manager who wants to develop their career and grow within the company.
In this position, you’ll work closely with our Client Directors to manage client accounts both internally and externally.
As a Client Manager you’ll be a fundamental part of the project team to meet client deliverables and financial requirements.

Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will be to:
External Responsibilities:
– Oversee the day-to-day delivery of client projects, reporting to the senior team
– Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time OR flag where this is not possible to line managers in advance
– Managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, overseeing the execution of campaigns across various channels such as events, digital, print, social media, etc
– Build and maintain client relationships providing excellent service and staying informed and proactive on all projects and deliverables
– Clearly understand and execute clients’ objectives and deliverables
– Seek and build relationships with key suppliers who offer innovative ideas and services and negotiate good rates
– Able to demonstrate strategic thinking, be creatively minded, well organised, motivated, and a trusted ear for both new and existing clients
– Confidently working with clients on their marketing and advertising strategies
Internal Responsibilities:
– Collaborating with internal teams including creative and production and displaying a ‘can-do’ attitude at all times
– Write clear and compelling creative briefs and conduct internal team briefings
– Work with senior team members to create a strategic approach to client projects and objectives
– Ensure all procedures are always followed, from being in client meetings to producing status reports, contact reports, budget trackers, etc
– Work with the creative team to monitor and keep track of budgets whilst supporting the Account Director on fees, budgeting, and forecasting
– Support new business pitch teams and client presentations with a can-do and proactive attitude
Experience and Qualifications:
Required skills and experience:
– A minimum of 4 years experience in a branding agency, managing branding and communications programmes
– Experience in property marketing is preferable but not necessary
o Lifestyle, hospitality and retail are also considered
– Some experience in managing digital projects is preferable but not necessary
– Understanding of the creative process and the key principles of branding
– Comfortable working independently on multiple projects, often with challenging deadlines
– Proven client/supplier liaison experience
– Proven experience in managing projects and budgets on time and
within budget
Skills and Competencies
– Articulate, numerate and accurate
– Strong attention to detail and proofing all written work from emails to brochures
– Passionate about great creative work and not afraid to challenge the work to make it better
– Organised, well prepared and able to be keep calm under pressure
– Confident in managing client and internal expectations and communications
– Good IT skills – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote and Microsoft Office
– Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to help drive and develop new business
– A personable team player with the ability to deliver results through teamwork
– Excellent communication and presentation skills internally and externally
– Professional maturity – comfortable with autonomy but recognising when situations may need escalating for senior input
– Willingness to ask questions, be inquisitive and continue to learn and develop skillset
