Position: Business Development Manager (m/f/d)
For: Renowned Artist Management Agency specializing in Photography, Film, Styling, Hair & Make Up Artists, Casting and Art Directors

Who they are looking for:
An experienced Business Development/ Sales Manager with exceptional connections to premium brands, advertising agencies, and publishers. This role is not about scouting new artists but rather about securing projects and assignments for the agency's existing, high-profile roster.

Your Responsibilities:

• Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies for market expansion
• Securing assignments from top premium brands, advertising agencies, and publishers 
• Actively promoting the services of the agency’s represented artists (Photography, Film, Styling, and more)
• Strategically developing the careers of existing artists through high-quality assignments
• Cultivating and expanding relationships with leading international brands, agencies, and magazines
  
  Your Profile:
• Strong network with premium brands, agencies, and publishers across Europe – especially with high-end brands and advertising markets
• In-depth understanding of the creative industry, particularly in fashion, photography, film, and advertising
• At least 7 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Sales Agent, Business Development Manager)
• Proven expertise in project acquisition and client management for existing artists
• Excellent negotiation skills and solid knowledge of standard rates and usage rights
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
