Location: Germany. Remote
Salary: €118,000 basic + bonus / share options

WHAT’S THE ROLE?

• Lead Security Analyst (1LOD) - owning and managing all 1LOD taks for the businesses EMEA entities
• Oversee the activities within the program make appropriate adjustments to ensure that we maintain a suitable security stance whilst maintaining compliance
• Manage the Information Security programme for Germany / Monitoring and providing oversight of all IT security projects 

WHAT DO I NEED TO BE GOOD AT?

• Senior level experience in Security Engineering, focusing on 1LOD
• Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM), general IT security with a focus on local IT system controls
• Designing and improving operational processes at an expert level

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

• Broad knowledge of security principles and actions, ideally within a DORA / BAFIN regulated environment 
• Possess ability to identify, build, and evaluate security controls
• Deep understanding of backend systems enabling you to partner effectively with engineering teams
• Experience in either Fintech, Banking, Exchange, Insurance or similar related security environments
