A really cool social media & Influencer agency with offices in Berlin and Hamburg (but remote within Germany also works for them).

  
WHAT’S THE ROLE?
  • You create data-driven analyses (target groups, competition, benchmarks, strategic trends, socio-cultural developments) with clear insights and concrete strategic recommendations for action for our customers and conduct briefing calls and presentations with our customers.
  • You translate your strategic recommendations into a strategically strong narrative and into a clearly structured, visually clear and easy-to-understand PowerPoint presentation.
  • You create creative briefs, which form the basis for the creative implementation of the strategy by the creative team, as well as annual strategies, new strategic/communication directions and complex strategic frameworks for our clients to further develop their communication direction.
  • You ensure consistent implementation of the strategy by coordinating all trades involved (creation team, production team, social media team, PM team).
  • You are the strategy owner (in coordination with your team lead) on your projects and pitches.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in social media strategy, ideally with a focus on influencer marketing.
  • Intrinsic enthusiasm for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
  • You speak fluent German, at least at C1 level.
  • Experience in developing and implementing data-driven and innovative social media strategies for various industries and target groups.
  • Experience in analyzing and interpreting data and insights from various sources (e.g. GWI, social media analytics, market research, trend research).
  • Responsibility for presenting strong strategic narratives and creating PowerPoint presentations and creative briefs in collaboration with creation.
