Content Lead (Dutch Speaking)

For a leading Social Agency we're looking for a Creative lead

The Role

• Guide a team of young content creatives and content strategist, elevating their craft.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to develop creative ideas that exceed the bar of creativity (including client briefs, feedback, KPIs).
• Generate and execute social-first concepts and campaigns across various media channels. Craft engaging short-form video content for brands on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Utilize design, VFX/CGI, camera, editing, and writing skills, leveraging industry-standard software and tools. Harness the latest trends and features of short-form platforms to produce brand content.

 
You as a Content Lead:

• Are hungry for everything social, digital, and creative. Possess a keen interest in new platforms and storytelling techniques within our industry and the creative realm.
• Consume and create content daily on short-form video platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Shorts.
• Proficiently use Adobe Creative Suite, with a zest to learn diverse ways of creating short-form content, from in-app editing (e.g., Instagram Stories, Reels, TikTok) to specialized creative apps. 
• Elevate ideas to the next level, exhibiting responsibility, accountability, and love for collaborative magic.
• Bring a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a social or creative agency.
• Demonstrate a successful track record of turning creative briefs into executed social concepts – showcase this experience through a creative portfolio.
• Possess skills in creative writing, art direction, video editing, visual effects and storytelling to elevate concepts and assets.
• Mentor and guide senior, mid-level and junior-level creatives.
• Can speak and write fluently in English & Dutch.
