WHAT’S THE ROLE?
We’re looking for a Midweight Brand Designer to join a growing team and help shape the visual identity of this pioneering company. As one of the first designers in the organization, you’ll play a key role in building and evolving the brand’s design assets across multiple touchpoints.
Working closely with the Director of Marketing and Founder, you’ll craft visually compelling marketing materials, support the development of the brand’s identity, and contribute to digital campaigns. This is a hands-on design role with room to grow and expand your skills as the team evolves.

- Brand Design: Help execute and maintain the brand’s visual identity, ensuring a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
- Marketing Materials: Create engaging designs for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, and print collateral.
- Content Support: Collaborate on content creation, with an emphasis on high-quality visuals for campaigns and communications.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to understand and implement the company’s vision, while bringing your creative ideas to life.
- Growth Mindset: Bring enthusiasm to grow alongside the company, contributing to a creative and dynamic team environment.
- Design Portfolio: A solid portfolio showcasing your expertise in brand and graphic design.
- Hands-On Creativity: Experience designing for a variety of mediums, including digital and print.
