This one sits in the Berlin studio, working in person with a close-knit creative team, with some global travel when the work calls for it.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A Senior Motion Designer who can bring serious ideas, serious craft, and serious motion thinking into brand identity work.
You'll be someone who spends their days designing animation systems, authoring ideas, building motion worlds, and helping raise the quality of the work around you.
You'll need to be great at articulating ideas visually and verbally, running creative catch-ups, contributing to idea-generation sessions, and helping teams push the thinking further.
You'll have a strong understanding of motion graphics, character animation, broadcast systems, art direction, and how all of that comes together inside a world-class brand identity.
You'll also be comfortable constructing client presentations, presenting work clearly, translating strategy into design execution, and supporting junior members of the team.
Strong After Effects, Final Cut, and 3D skills are needed. So is the willingness to work in person in Berlin.
