WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A Design Director who can lead and make in equal measure.
You'll be brilliant at spotting the strength in an idea, shaping it, framing it, and helping a team push it into something exceptional. You know what great brand identity work looks like, but more importantly, you know how to get there — through clear direction, strong craft, good judgement, and proper collaboration.
You'll be comfortable working closely with Creative Directors, strategists, designers, photographers, illustrators, animators, and clients. You can build a narrative, run a workshop, construct a presentation, and keep the conversation around the work moving in the right direction.
You'll also need to be a generous leader. Someone who can mentor designers, manage up and down, give useful feedback, take feedback well, and help the team do the best work of their careers.
Strong Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pitch skills are needed. So is a willingness to work in person in Berlin, with some global travel when the work calls for it.

You'll be joining a high-calibre brand studio to help lead major identity projects for some of the most exciting businesses around — from established names to founders shaping what comes next.
It's a proper Design Director role: part hands-on craft, part creative leadership, part client storytelling, part team development.
You'll help turn strong strategy into outstanding brand work, guide designers through the process, direct external creative talent where needed, and make sure the work lands with clarity, confidence, and serious quality.
