VP UX
VP UX
Mumbai
Salary/package: Undisclosed
WHO'S THIS WITH?
A world-scale digital ecosystem rethinking how people move through products, services, platforms, devices, and intelligent interfaces.
This is UX at massive scale: navigation, behaviour, components, AI, hardware, software, ambient systems, and everything in between.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A VP UX, Head of UX, UX Director, Product Design leader, or interaction systems leader who has led teams and built UX frameworks in large, complex environments.
You'll need to be excellent at interaction design, information architecture, UX components, navigation systems, research, documentation, and the hard bit: making big, complex ecosystems feel radically simple.
You'll also need a strong point of view on AI-assisted UX. Not as a buzzword, but as a real change in how frameworks are documented, tokenised, generated, governed, and used.
You should be comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams, partnering with research, motion, visual, hardware, engineering, and creative technology — and setting a very high bar for quality.
WHAT IS IT?
You'll help define the interaction DNA of a huge digital ecosystem.
That means leading UX frameworks, navigation logic, component behaviour, interaction standards, multimodal patterns, and the systems that help products feel consistent across digital, physical, and AI-driven touchpoints.
It's a role for someone who can bring order to complexity, turn principles into usable frameworks, and make UX a serious driver of business and customer experience.
A properly heavyweight UX systems role.
