HUMAN-MACHINE EXPERIENCE LEAD
HUMAN-MACHINE EXPERIENCE LEAD
REMOTE
Salary/package: Undisclosed
WHO'S THIS WITH?
A massive digital and physical product ecosystem where hardware, software, AI, services, and ambient experiences are increasingly becoming one connected thing.
The work is about how intelligent products feel, behave, respond, and make sense to people.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A senior Human-Machine Experience, HMI, industrial design, multimodal interaction, hardware/software experience, or physical-digital systems leader.
You'll understand that great experience is not just what something looks like. It's how it behaves. The timing. The feedback. The tactility. The latency. The light, sound, motion, gesture, button press, sensor response, AI prompt, and autonomous behaviour.
You might come from consumer electronics, automotive HMI, robotics, wearables, smart home, gaming, spatial computing, IoT, or advanced product experience.
You'll need to be comfortable creating frameworks, not just outputs. This is about defining the principles and reusable patterns that help hundreds of products feel coherent.
WHAT IS IT?
You'll define the behavioural language between humans and intelligent technology across a very large ecosystem.
That means frameworks for physical inputs and digital responses, gesture vocabularies, haptics, sound, light, motion, AI behaviours, ambient systems, and mixed hardware/software experiences.
It's a role for someone who can sit between industrial design, UX, AI, motion, engineering, CMF, and research — and make everything feel like it belongs to the same world.
Proper future-facing work.
