Our client is a global technology-led consumer brand.
  
We are looking for a Video, Audio & Programmatic Activation Specialist to join an international marketing team based in Amsterdam. This freelance/contract role involves close collaboration with internal media and marketing teams to deliver high-quality digital activations across multiple regions.
  
In this role, you will manage and optimize digital campaigns across video, audio, and display channels — ensuring flawless execution, adherence to platform best practices, and delivery of measurable performance outcomes.
  
Around 70% of your time will be dedicated to video and audio activity, primarily through enterprise DSP platforms. You’ll activate campaigns across premium environments such as Netflix, Spotify, Disney, and other major streaming publishers, as well as oversee YouTube activity using Google tools. You will be responsible for maintaining consistency across all video touchpoints — from setup and targeting through to reporting and performance evaluation.
  
The remaining 30% will focus on programmatic display and exploratory formats, leveraging leading DSPs and Google Demand Gen solutions to drive incremental reach and campaign efficiency. You will also support measurement initiatives such as Brand Lift, GeoLift, and attention-based studies in partnership with analytics teams and external vendors.
  
The ideal candidate is a hands-on DSP practitioner with excellent attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for turning strategy into effective campaign execution.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, activate, and optimize video and audio campaigns across major streaming and publisher platforms
  • Manage YouTube activations using Google solutions, ensuring consistent delivery and measurement
  • Execute programmatic and display campaigns through DSP platforms and Google Demand Gen
  • Collaborate with analytics teams and partners on Brand Lift, GeoLift, and attention-measurement projects
  • Ensure all activations align with the broader media strategy and remain consistent across markets
  • Produce campaign reports, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and media vendors
  
Profile Requirements
  • 3–5 years of hands-on DSP campaign management experience (YouTube / Google Demand Gen experience is an advantage)
  • Proven experience in video, audio, and programmatic campaign activation
  • Strong operational and analytical mindset with high attention to detail
  • Experience running multi-market campaigns in fast-moving environments
  • Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working as an embedded contractor within client teams
  • Fluent in English (German is an advantage)
  • Based in or near Amsterdam, with availability to work on-site three days per week
