SENIOR SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER & CONSULTANT AT CREATIVE DIGITAL AGENCY

Tasks and Responsibilities
  
- Consulting: Expertly leading and growing client relationships, especially in social media. Supporting the strategic direction and execution of social media activities, including identifying opportunities to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Project Management: Leading project teams and handling projects efficiently. Independently executing projects in the digital and social media field, including strategic planning and KPI-based reporting.
- Development and Implementation of Social Media Strategies: Creating and implementing comprehensive social media plans that support client goals.
- Campaign Concept and Management: Designing, executing, and managing local and global social media campaigns, and optimizing campaign performance.
- Influencer Marketing: Planning and developing creative influencer marketing campaigns. Developing and implementing long-term creator strategies. Selecting and managing influencers and evaluating campaign results.
- Content Planning and Creation: Leading and actively participating in brainstorming sessions, idea generation, and content creation for various channels and activities.
- Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns using analytical tools. Creating detailed reports and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Trends and Innovations: Keeping up with current trends and developments in social media and digital media. Observing best practices and new features to develop innovative ideas and strategies.
- Digital Consulting: Understanding and recommending how social activities fit into the broader digital channel mix. Knowledge in web, email, online advertising, PPC, SEO, and mobile marketing to maximize cross-channel results.
- Quality Control: Ensuring the internal quality control of documents and social media content before publication.
- Leadership Skills: Versatile and inspiring digital expertise that allows junior team members to learn a lot. Appreciated and encouraged to have a convincing presence.
  
Qualifications
  
- Education: Completed studies in marketing, communication, media studies, or a comparable qualification.
- Work Experience: At least 5-6 years of experience in a leading social media/digital agency or in-house with a global/large-scale consumer brand or technology brand. Proven experience dealing with international clients, especially in China, is an advantage.
- Expertise: Excellent understanding of the use and role of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) and continuous updating of knowledge about new features and platforms like TikTok.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Language Skills: Very good written English skills and professional oral communication skills.
- Soft Skills: Team player, open to discussions, flexible, and committed. Having a sense of humor and enjoying work are as important as the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
