Strategist (Experiential Design)

An awesome opportunity for a experience design Strategist to join an inspiring Experience Design studio based in Amsterdam

Their primary focus of this role is to work on communication and design strategy projects for clients. You will be asked to play a leading role in the strategy phase of projects and to participate actively in concept development. Depending on the project, the Principal Strategist will either be your direct collaborator, or will be there to support you and act as a sounding board.

At the studio,  the strategy team is accountable for honing the “Why” of each project and translating that into a clear approach for story-led experiences. From the outset, they act as a bridge between the client and the design process.
Working closely with the client, they interrogate the brief and uncover their underlying needs. Where relevant, they help them reframe the opportunity in order to deliver greater value. Having defined the “Why,” they work closely with the design and technology team to ensure that “What” they ultimately create remains clearly on message and delivers directly on the client’s needs.
