WHAT’S THE ROLE?
- Looking for an AD to SAD level individual to come and join the agency at a very exciting period of growth and development period
- The immediate focus will be working across various food & and drink clients in particular across budgets over £2M - with activity ranging from TV, press, outdoor and sampling activations through to digital, social and PR (consumer and trade).
- You will be involved in the development and amplification of campaign ideas across paid, owned media and influencer channels.
- You will be supported by a team comprising a Planner, Head of Social, Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, and a full creative team.
- Must be comfortable working across Meat, Seafood / Dairy products!
- You will need to be a team player with good consumer experience gained in an integrated or digital/social agency environment working with blue-chip clients.
- You will be comfortable managing numerous tasks and working to tight deadlines.
- 5+ years’ experience in an integrated, digital, social role (most likely agency side) Experience in B2C food & drink would be an advantage.
- solid experience in campaign planning, strategy, insights, ideation, budgets, delivery, and evaluation
- experience and good skills in developing core brand/creative ideas into strong campaign ideas and activation
- some experience in planning and running influencer programmes
- be confident in defining KPIs & measuring campaign performance and demonstrating results to clients
