Creative Producer
We are looking for a Senior Creative Producer to join a leading Content Agency.
You'll be responsible for the the creation and management of their campaign production process.
The role will be responsible for creatively organising and supervising the end-to-end production across projects involving long and short form video content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
great attention to detail and organisation skills, as well as good eye and taste for artistic choices;
capability to evaluate a brief's feasibility in terms of timing and budget: from little projects up to £1M budgets and then being able to scope and supervise the budget complexity;
planning and managing all aspects of a production: from budget breakdown to partners selection, post production and broadcast delivery;
leading the entire execution process, communicating key milestones and project status, facilitating collaboration across teams and external stakeholders;
the aptitude to work in a team leading accounts and creatives from a production standpoint to ensure the highest production value maximising timings and budget; ? a deep knowledge of video production, photography, 2D-3D animation, illustration and digital techniques.
KEY SKILLS ?
At least 5-6 years of experience in a production as a producer and art buyer.
Deep knowledge and production management experience
Deep knowledge of both pre production and post production process.
Wide array of industry contacts: producers, production companies, agents, post productions and other industry players.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with different partners: customers, agents, talents, executive producers.
High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
