WHAT’S THE ROLE?
Crafting Visual Narratives: Design and produce visually stunning motion graphics and animations that tell a story and align with our brand's voice and vision.
Tool Set: Use industry-standard tools like Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Cinema 4D to bring ideas to life.
Enhancing Content: Incorporate typography, visual effects, and sound design to augment the engagement and impact of our content.
Optimization: Ensure motion graphics are adaptable across different screen sizes and resolutions for flawless playback.
Art Direction: Provide direction and oversight to ensure that the visual elements of projects align with the brand's vision, style, and objectives.
Aesthetic Precision: Showcase your eye for detail and design to produce high-quality motion graphics that resonate with our audience.
Innovative Thinking: Contribute fresh and inventive ideas to the creative process.
Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Continuous Learning: Continuously hone your skills to push the envelope of what's possible in motion graphics. E.g Generative AI.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BE GOOD AT?
- Demonstrable experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, supported by a robust portfolio.
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools.
