WHAT’S THE ROLE?
As a Senior Strategist you are a support function of creative conduit for account
growth through thinking and planning. You will have experience working across strategic functions and both B2C and B2B projects. They're a fast-moving and rapidly expanding agency, so they need a strategist who can think and work fast, often on multiple projects at once. They don’t just want someone who can write a killer deck, but someone who can drive the effectiveness of a strategy once out there in the world. You will bring outside thinking, knowledge, experience, and culture into the agency. Many of their clients are looking for the next generation of consumers so a finger on the pulse of the future is a must.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BE GOOD AT?
- Previous experience on FMCG accounts and are used to global multi-market brands
- Can provide clarity and direction to the agency and senior clients
- Are committed to constantly bring the consumer into the agency so that our creative output is 100% consumer centric.
- Stay in touch with society and culture and the trends that are at work.
- Have strong one-on-one relationships with your colleagues in account management and creative
- Have good communication and presentation skills in selling your ideas, be it to your team or to clients.
- Are able to problem solve and bring solutions to the table.
- Are proactive and committed to developing your own knowledge and skills.
- Are unafraid to roll up your sleeves and muck in.
