Senior Account Manager

Brand Consultancy headquartered in Berlin and serving a diverse range of international clients in sectors including Finance, Health, IT, Tech, Mobility, and E-commerce, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing Branding, Corporate Identity (CI), Design, and web design projects, while also leading creative teams to deliver exceptional results. This position requires an interest in understanding the client's businesses and needs, outstanding project management capabilities, and a strong commitment to collaboration within our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, maintaining strong relationships and understanding their objectives thoroughly, holding workshops.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional creative teams, ensuring the successful execution of branding, CI, design, and web design projects.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to identify their unique needs and develop tailored solutions that drive brand success.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients based on market trends and industry knowledge.
  • Continuously monitor project performance and client satisfaction, making necessary adjustments to ensure exceptional results.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging creative thinking and excellence among team members.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing Branding, CI, Design, and web design projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire creative teams.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of branding and design principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to dive deep into clients' businesses to understand their unique needs.
  • Results-driven with a keen eye for detail.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Perfect German and English language skills
