Senior Designer / Art Director
Exciting opportunity for a conceptual Senior Designer / Art Director to join an award-winning marketing agency (sector specific) and be a lead in their growing team.
This mid size agency with a great culture are striving to be the best in their sector and you could make the difference. The ideal Senior Designer / AD will be a conceptual thinker who can bring brands to life across multiple cross-channel touch points.
Sitting between strategy and creative you will be responsible for creating engaging campaigns, defining brand positioning and mutli-channel rollout to ensure the brand message fully connects with the audiences. You'll also be expected to design and produce pitch winning concepts, execute designs across all media and be especially comfortable liaising with clients and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will:
Be creative and strategic.
Have previous advertising agency experience
Have in depth understanding of brand roll out across multi channel touch points.
Be inspirational with a positive and passionate attitude
Be motivated and ambitious
Required skills include:
The ability to think creatively and deliver engaging concepts
The ability to execute meaningful design solutions
Experience of meeting deadlines in a high-pressure environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Good knowledge of Adobe CC, Figma or Sketch and Microsoft Office.
