Salary: £40,000/50,000 4 days a week pro rata

The role is for an experienced agency Resource Manager to take ownership and streategically plan resource across the agency.

The succesful candidate will set up and successfuly implement the correct type of resourcing software for the needs of the Agency.
Managing employee contracts, both perm and freelance

- Taking teamtime Resource requests from Project Leads
- Responsibility for allocating resource requests to team memebers
- Building relationships
- Problem solving
- 3-5 years working in a similar role in a Design or Creative Agency.
- Operations experience within design, branding and innovation Agency
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with specialist resourcing software
